Concrete Re-Do: When Things Don't Go as Planned

While we always aim for perfection, not every job goes off without a hitch. This was one of those times. Despite the crew's hard work, the concrete set up incredibly fast—in less than an hour—leaving us with a terrible, uneven finish. The only real solution? Rip it out and start over. That's exactly what we did. We called in backup, removed 10,000 pounds of concrete, and poured new. It's never ideal and certainly impacts the profit margin, but we believe it's a crucial investment in our future and ensures a happy customer with a product that meets expectations
